The bag is made with dual-layered 1050D Cordura Nylon - one of the most rigid fabrics available. The enclosure is sealed with a hook and loop filler bag and sealed again with a metal YKK zipper. Yet, it is sealed a third time with the outer flap by hook and loop again.

The bags ship empty and can be filled and unfilled when desired, making them an ideal and versatile training tool at the gym and during travel. 

NOTE: The medium used to fill the bag will influence the weight. We recommend dry, coarse sand to achieve the intended weight.
